Schedule for news show 2nd of April 2014
Start setting up by 9.40 - distribute jobs at 9.35 and organise anyone if they turn up late
By 10.35 the studio should be set up, along with sound and lighting. So arrange everyone to be quiet and have a sound check ready by 10.45
10.55 go on break until 11.10
By the time everyone has come back from break it will be approximately 11.15, so at 11.15 start tweaking any problems that may have arisen. By 11.30 start a full rehearsal of the show.
At 12.10 all rehearsals should be finished, the sound check should have been done. Start recording show by 12.10
Show should end at 12.35, start packing up. FINISH AT 12.45
