Believe edit - Final Cut Evaluation
We had three hours to edit a two minute piece of footage of clips from a Sea world centre. Our aim was to promote the centre as best as possible while making use of the editing techniques we have learnt while incorporating sound and video files. I felt that after three hours of editing on Final Cut I fully made use of my time and used all the functions to my best abilities. Especially the trim tool and the overlap timeline. As well as this I also felt that I used a variety of shots so to make it as engaging as possible. I also felt that I successfully added in appropriate transitions such as fade ins and fade outs so to make the edit flow better. Things to improve I would say is that I could have made the end a little longer by a few seconds just because it seemed quite rushed and as well as that I could also have added some effects in the title at the beginning and end just to make it look even more so interesting. In conclusion I think it went quite well with a few minor adjustments which could be made.
