Hazard Number:	1 Camera cable/grip equipment
Description of Hazard:	Camera Cables may drag on the floor causing crew members and actors having a trip hazards.

Action to take:	When camera’s are in there position, tape will be used to stick the cables down. The tape will be brightly coloured so all members will be able to see it from a far distance.

Hazard Number:	2 Animals/Insects
Description of Hazard:	Animals for instance dogs and Insects will be found in the woods. Some of the crew/cast members may have a fear of dogs, or other insects. Also some animals may get in the way of shooting, and may knock the camera over.

Action to take:	We will film away from public paths and routes in which regular dog owners walk. We will also find out what animal/insects the crew and cast members have a fears off, so we are aware if you we come across that Animal. The director will also be on looks out for any animals which could come and knock over the cameras, However all camera crew should be at there camera at all times.

Hazard Number:	3, Confined Spaces
Description of Hazard:	Some actors and camera crew may be asked to go under trees.

Action to take:	We will make sure that crew members and actors who have a fear of confined spaces agree to going into the confined space. If they are not ok, we will either re shoot the scene in another location, or get another camera man for that scene.

Hazard Number:	4 Heat/Cold/extreme weather
Description of Hazard:	In unlikely circumstances the weather (Especially as were filming in winter) could turn extremely cold, and snow or ice could form on the ground. Also the crew and cast may get very cold as most of the crew/cast will be standing around.

Action to take:	If the weather does take a turn for the worse, we will postpone the filming to the following Saturday, which will be the 30th of November, however if it starts to snow whilst filming is taking place, or crew/cast members start to get cold, we will all head back to Sam's house to warm up.
